Second joint transnational call
THE 2nd EURONANOMED JOINT TRANSNATIONAL CALL FOR PROPOSALS IS OPEN
Following the success of the 1st Joint Transnational Call in 2009, EuroNanoMed is launching its 2nd Joint Call for funding of transnational innovative research projects in Nanomedicine. This call will enable scientists from European and associated countries to establish collaborative research consortia spanning multiple disciplines.
Participating Member states and Regions:
Basque region (Spain), France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Walloon Region (Belgium).
Research projects involving a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 partners from at least 3 different countries (including at least two EuroNanoMed member states participating in the call) will be funded. Research groups from non-funding countries may participate in projects if they are able to secure their own funding. However, the majority of research groups in a consortium must be from EuroNanoMed funding member states/regions.
Furthermore, a proposal must include partners from at least two of the three following categories: academia, clinical/public health, and industry.
The thematic priorities of the call focus on the strategic research priorities of the European technology platform “Nanomedicine"
• Regenerative medicine
• Diagnostics
• Targeted delivery systems
